Gavins father Dave Steele was an award winning tattoo artist world wide in his day, based in Shrewsbury, Shropshire.

Gavin did his apprenticeship with his dad, this is where he has learnt his skills. So it was only natural for Gavin to follow in his fathers footsteps.

Since the start he has built up a great reputation, not only for his excellent work but also his attitude towards his customers. Always putting them first with the best advice.

Gavin is influenced by many different artists including Jo Harrison (Modern Body Art) and Paul Booth (USA). The quality of work in the European market is always exceptional.

Gavin is very proud of the reputation he has gained! And due to recent speculation Gavin insists that he has not trained anyone else to tattoo. The only tattoo artists trained with Gavin are those that work with him!
